the first restaurant i ate in when i got to tokyo (stumbled on it by chance) and it completely blew me away. the staff does not really speak english, but they provide an english menu and you can get by. the seafood is so fresh - everything was delicious!

One of the best food experiences I had in Japan! The food was incredible and fresh. Best sashimi I ever had. The service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. I will definitely go back there again!

Good atmosphere early on, but then so many smokers made the place unpleasant to even sit in. The whole fish, crab and corn we're delicious. Sashimi plate had some good and some bad, so I'd make your own to be safe.
